Great location, was close to beaches, trams, and local shops. Facilities were basic, beds were very comfortable, although only made up with sheets. Blankets were stored in a cupboard. Swimming pool & spa were kept clean daily and well used by all guests, the BBQ in pool area was a nice little extra - although not used by us. Spa, Gym and Sauna were all available for use as well. All staff that we came across were very friendly and helpful.

I had work on the Gold Coast and needed 2 nights accommodation and Savannah resort was a perfect place to stay. The location was great and the price was right. I stayed in a non renovated studio apartment which ticked all the boxes. I read some negative reviews from people but these people are generally negative most days so don’t listen to em. The view from the balcony was good. The pool area was spot on and I have nothing to complain about. The kitchen had what I needed and the bathroom was clean. The bed was comfy. Next time I stay on the Gold Coast and need lower priced accommodation I’ll head straight to this resort. Thanks to the staff who were friendly and welcoming. We’ll done.

Location is perfect right across the road from the Casino and short walk to the Convention Centre Staff were amazing and very accomodating will book again 😀

Room was a good size with a full size kitchen, the saucepans were too small and the frypan was unusable, but the office staff were able to give me replacements. Washing machine outside room door was great, and an airer to dry clothes on balcony. Bedroom was two single beds (that I requested) which was great for us.. Balcony views were great and everything is within a 5-10 minute walk - (Woolworths, Bars/Bottleshops/Restaurants, Pacific Fair shops, Tram, Beach).. Bathroom was nice and clean with a shower and spa bath, there was a slight weird smell from the pipes, but only occasionally and not too bad..

The location is fantastic. It is a five minute walk to Pacific fair shopping Centre. A five minute walk to oasis and Niecon plaza, and several restaurants. The room was very quiet, could hardly hear anything with the balcony doors closed. Air-conditioned. The bed was comfortable. The ensuite nice and roomy (especially the toilet, which can often be very squishy, important for people with special needs). The furniture was new, and clean.

Location is excellent - very close to Broadbeach South tram station and the convention centre, as well as Boradbeach restaurants, shops and the beach. Pacific Fair is a few minutes walk. The pool was very clean, and we did see the pool guy testing the water. We stayed in a studio room - the bed was comfortable, normal sized bathroom, a normal sized fridge and kitchenette.

I've stayed here a few times since 2022, I do love the place it's location and the kitchenette equipped with an oven an full fridge is fantastic there are lots of perks to these rooms and they considering the size have a lot to them My only complaint is being a returning guest staying 3 months in 2022 a week in 21 and almost 5 weeks this time I feel I could have been better rates
